DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

What does Delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders of £ 85.68 and over.  A shipping fee of £8.99 for orders under £85.68 will be added to your cart.

How long does the delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7working days once your order is received.   

Who will deliver my order?

We make use of DHL for our wholesale orders.  Once your shipment is collected by DHL, delivery can take 2-5 days.

In some instances, we may send your shipment via Royal Mail.  Once received by Royal Mail shipments can take 2 – 5 days to deliver. 

What does the process look like?

Orders received before 12pm Monday – Friday;

Your order is prepared and collected by our shipment partners by close of business to begin their shipping process. 

Orders received after 12pm Monday – Thursday;

Your order will be prepared and collected by our shipment partners by close of business the following day to begin their shipping process.

Orders received after 12pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday;

Your order will be prepared on Monday (or first working day of the week if there is a bank holiday) and collected by our shipment partners by close of business.

Are there any Deviations?

Should your order be placed on a bank holiday, your order will be prepared and scheduled to be sent out on delivery the next working day.

Refused Deliveries.

If you reject your order at delivery, or do not collect your order from the pick up point, we will refund you only once the order has returned to us and been inspected, less a shipment and handling fee of £10.  This fee will be retained and deducted from your refund to cover this cost.

You can return any of our products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the biltong must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Cases and undamaged or unopened SRP’s

Any unopened cases and any undamaged SRP boxes can be returned to us for a refund.  

For opened cases, you will be refunded only for the units in the box that are returned and not the whole case.  We cannot accept returns on loose biltong bags.

How to return an item for refund

Please send your items back to us inside a box.  Items received damaged cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return shipping will be at the customers cost.

  • 1.  Please include a returns note inside the parcel so we understand the reason for the return. 
  • 2.  We recommend sending your parcel via DHL – Please obtain a free proof of postage. We may not be able to process your refund or replacement if           your item is lost  in transit unless you have a proof of postage.

  • 4. Once we have received your return, we will drop you an email about your refund.  This may take up to 5 working days.

          Refunds will be made, less a £5 handling fee to the original payment method used.

Incorrect Order received

At times, things may go wrong and you may receive an incorrect order.  If this is the case, we are terribly sorry for the error, and will correct as swiftly as possible.  Contact us here.

We will arrange collection of the incorrect order and despatch the correct order as quickly as possible.
